The below describes the return/exchange/cancellation policy, as may be amended from time to time:

AFTER DELIVERY – Make sure you record a quick video of opening the package in order to initiate an issue if any.

DAMAGED PRODUCT – Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. ‘Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.

RETURN – Customer will be responsible to send the package back to SREEYA’S in same package or in similar kind and after thorough check of the item we will initiate wallet balance. Mail communication will be part of this process.

EXCHANGE – Exchange will be considered only when same product is available with SREEYA’S

CANCELLATION – Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched.

REFUNDS – No Refunds. However you can select any other product of same or higher value within 24 hours of ordering by email at sreeyaroychoudhury@gmail.com

PROMOTION – Items sold under promotions, or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned
